Unfortunately, I'm already having a problem with the battery management display. I have a brand new e-scooter. I unpacked it, assembled it, and fully charged the battery. Unfortunately, I was only able to travel 40 km, then it stopped with the error message E5 and the display showed n-zero, but the battery level indicator is still three-quarters full. So, they sold me a defective e-scooter, which I intend to return if this problem isn't fixed. I have to be able to rely on the battery display, otherwise the e-scooter will be unusable. Please help me with what I should do next. Warranty issue.

Nice scooter. My only problem with it is the fact that it doesn't come with a Key so i must buy a bicicle locker to lock it. Other than that, very nice scooter.

IMBALLAGGIO
La confezione di consegna è molto ben strutturata, sigillata e protegge in moodo ottimale ogni componente del mezzo. Le istruzioni sono per lo più indicazioni su come utilizzarlo e cosa NON fare, per il montaggio sono presenti solo immagini. Presenti chiavi esagonali, camera d'aria di riserva, carica batteria.

DIMENSIONI E PESO
All'unboxing è evidente che il monopattino è più GRANDE di quanto mi aspettassi e da quanto mostrato in alcune immagini presenti su Amazon ( oppure il modello in tenuta da sterrato sarà alto almeno 2 metri), fortunatamente questo non risulta un problema per me ma potrebbe esserlo per un altro acquirente; il monopattino è abbastanza PESANTE, rispecchia a pieno i 22 kg indicati dal venditore.
Personalmente lo SCONSIGLIO per chi abita a piani superiori al secondo in quanto è difficile che il monopattino entri dentro un ascensore di dimensioni standard e non è facile trasportarlo su per le scale a mano.

ASPETTO
All'apertura il monopattino si presente in condizioni ottimali, nuovo, anche se in alcuni punti sembra "graffiato" come se fosse stato usato (foto allegate) oppure maltrattato in fase di montaggio. TRALASCIO questo aspetto perchè per il resto il monopattino sembra nuovo e mai usato.

UTILIZZO
Dopo aver effettuato la prima CARICAper circa 8 ore ho fatto una prova su strada per verificare il funzionamento del motore, dei freni e soprattutto la tenuta delle sospensioni essendo io molto pesante (120 kg).
Nessun problema fisico riscontrato ma le ISTRUZIONI sono molto risicate e non riportano dettagli sulle impostazioni digitali, indica solo di impostare un determinato SETTAGGIO standard (P09) senza spiegare cosa siano tutti gli altri settaggi.
Le luci e gli indicatori laterali funzionano e sono molto ben visibili, la LUCE anteriore illumina solo nelle immediate vicinanze quindi si suggerisce una velocità moderata in notturna.

Il primo e proprio utilizzo è stato realizzato su un tratto cittadino di 3 km circa di cui i primi 1.5 in leggera salita dove, in terza marcia e considerato il mio peso, il monopattino si è comportato in modo EGREGIO spingendo fino ai 33 km/h, poi in discesa leggera dove spingendo fino ai 44 km/h circa ho potuto testare la capacità dei FRENI, molto efficienti.
Su tutto il tratto di strada le sospensioni mi hanno permesso di evitare scossoni e vibrazioni che solitamente avvertivo con i monopattini a noleggio e rendono il monopattino molto flessibile se non lo si guida in modo rigido ma viene accompagnato nei movimenti con il corpo.

I just received this scooter 2 days ago. I'll update this review if anything changes. This is for the S-10 dual drive scooter.

The scooter arrived on time (4 days) and the packaging was in perfect condition, no damage. It comes almost completely assembled. You only need to attach the handle bars with 3 screws and tighten a few others after you position the screen at the angle you want it. It comes with a folding Allen key/hex key tool that fits all of the screws on the bike. I went over every screw on the scooter and nothing was loose or needed addressing.

The scooter is big! Its very well built and nothing about it makes me worry about my teenagers riding it or myself at 235lbs. I'm 6'5" and the handle bars adjust up to a comfortable height. If I had to point out anything that seems like it could have been built better, it would be the rear fender. It's plastic and held on by a few screws on one side. It would likely break if someone were to step on it or it was impacted by something. Otherwise, it's fine and serves its purpose.

Ist ein wirklich guter Roller gute Beschleunigung sehr gutes Fahrvergnügen nur schade dass man bei den Roller kein Zündschloss mit Schlüssel oder über eine App mit Sicherheitscode den Roller absperren kann da mir der Roller fast gestohlen wurde obwohl ich ein Schloss hatte.

I absolutely love this thing, I didn't purchase from Todimart, but want to leave a review for this joyride of a scooter. Firstly, this is NOT a toy. This thing MOVES, and I'm at the upper end of its weight limit.

It is quite heavy, at least twice so my ninebot, but it's to be expected with an overall more powerful ride.

Suspension keeps the ride super smooth, and once you acclimate to the acceleration, it's a treat to ride. Outside of full tilt in dual mode third gear, battery life is AMAZING, and Im having a lot of fun. The price is Better here than on Amazon by HUNDREDS, and Todimart somewhat famously is the only real supplier of parts. So if you're on the fence, jump over it and onto this scooter.
