The electric scooters all come with a two-year warranty and can be returned or exchanged free of charge within 15 days.
Standard shipping usually takes 1-5 days (for scooters and bikes only).
International shipping time depends on the product and destination and may take 6-15 days. We will prepare your shipment within two days of your order.
Parts are usually shipped internationally, and some accessories, such as batteries, may shipped from European/US warehouses.

Your payment information is processed securely.
Our store offers a two-year warranty, with one year completely free of charge. If your scooter requires parts or repairs, we cover all costs, including shipping, repair costs, and parts. The second year is partially free of charge. If your scooter experiences a controller, motor, or battery failure within the second year, we will also provide a free replacement, but you will be required to pay for shipping.
Out-of-warranty orders are orders placed more than two years after purchase. If your scooter requires repairs after the warranty expires, please contact customer service for a comprehensive plan.

If we have shipped the package, you will see the package tracking number in your account. Just click on the number and you will see the logistics progress. At the bottom of the page you can see the final carrier of the package (usually your local logistics company). If there is a problem with your package during delivery, please contact the carrier in time.
We currently ship to the North America and Europe. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.
For purchased parts, no returns will be accepted unless there is a quality issue or the parts are lost.
If the accessory has a warranty, it will be noted in the description on the product page.
