The electric scooters all come with a two-year warranty and can be returned or exchanged free of charge within 15 days.
Standard shipping usually takes 1-5 days (for scooters and bikes only).
International shipping time depends on the product and destination and may take 6-15 days. We will prepare your shipment within two days of your order.
Parts are usually shipped internationally, and some accessories, such as batteries, may shipped from European/US warehouses.

JOYOR electric scooter motor rims are only compatible with JOYOR brand electric scooters.
This accessory comes in four motor rims: 1000W, 800W, 600W, and 500W, depending on the wattage of your electric scooter's motor.
When choosing the manufacturer, please select the correct one. There are two options: Guanfeng and WeiTe. You can look at the number on your electric scooter's motor. If it starts with JYWT, choose JYWT. If you're unsure, please take a photo of your motor number and send it to customer service.
This product can be shipped to Europe and the US, with a shipping time of 6-15 days.

If we have shipped the package, you will see the package tracking number in your account. Just click on the number and you will see the logistics progress. For purchased parts, no returns will be accepted unless there is a quality issue or the parts are lost.
