The shipment took longer than promised, they say they have a warehouse in Europe, they don't, they are lying. After more than one week the product came to the warehouse for redistribution. Stupid to lie about that kind of thing.
When arrived i was happy, the scooter works fine and are very comfortable to ride, also on dirt roads and forest paths.
The app on the other hand... Pointless. Not properly translated from chinese, looses connection etc. Dont buy this scooter if you really want to use the app.
