The older model main cable for the TODIMART S7/S9/S13 adult electric scooter is wrapped around the pole and connects to the instrument panel, throttle, ignition lock, and other accessories. One side has two connectors, and the other side has five. If your scooter's instrument panel doesn't light up, the throttle doesn't accelerate, or the ignition lock doesn't light up, the first thing to check is whether the main cable is connected correctly. The newer S7/S9/S13 adult electric scooter's main cable is a single black connector cable, the same as the G2 commuter electric scooter's main cable.

This accessory is compatible with the following models: TODIMART S7, TODIMART S9, TODIMART S13, TODIMART G2, TODIMART G2ABE. Please ensure you select the correct model.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping usually takes 1-5 days (for scooters and bikes only). International shipping time depends on the product and destination and may take 6-15 days. We will prepare your shipment within two days of your order.

How can I check the logistics progress?

If we have shipped the package, you will see the package tracking number in your account. Just click on the number and you will see the logistics progress. At the bottom of the page you can see the final carrier of the package (usually your local logistics company). If there is a problem with your package during delivery, please contact the carrier in time.

How do I return a product?

For purchased parts, no returns will be accepted unless there is a quality issue or the parts are lost.
