Ich habe die Annahme verweigert, und Ihr Lager hat die Rücksendung bereits erhalten – ein entsprechender Nachweis von DHL liegt vor. Dennoch wurde die Rückerstattung nicht veranlasst. Daher habe ich einen Streitfall über PayPal eröffnet, da dieser Dienstleister die Angelegenheit klären und zugunsten des Kunden entscheiden kann. Der Kundenservice von Todimart ist praktisch nicht existent; selbst über WhatsApp ist keine Kommunikation möglich.
