Compré este patinete con la esperanza de tener un medio de transporte práctico, pero se ha convertido en un verdadero quebradero de cabeza desde el primer día.

Problemas con el producto:

Diseño e incapacidad de transporte: Al llevar el patinete plegado en la mano, las ruedas se quedan completamente bloqueadas y no ruedan. Está como frenado constantemente, lo que obliga a arrastrarlo y termina dejando unas marcas horribles en el suelo de casa y de la calle.

Fallos de conectividad y software: Es imposible conectar el patinete a la aplicación móvil. Por si fuera poco, la app ni siquiera está traducida y aparece totalmente en chino, lo que invalida cualquier intento de configuración o uso de sus funciones inteligentes

Atención al cliente y proceso de devolución:

Lo peor de todo, sin duda alguna, es el servicio de atención al cliente:
Falta de atención humana: Resulta una misión imposible lograr hablar con una persona real. Llevo más de una semana intentando tramitar la devolución y no he recibido absolutamente ninguna contestación a mis correos electrónicos ni a los mensajes enviados por WhatsApp.
Respuestas automáticas inútiles: El único canal donde se obtiene algún tipo de interacción es el chat de la web, pero únicamente responde un bot con mensajes automáticos que no resuelven nada y bloquean constantemente el avance del proceso de devolución.

En definitiva, no recomiendo en absoluto la compra de este patinete. Tanto la calidad del producto como el nulo soporte posterior hacen que la compra sea una auténtica pesadilla.
