Everything seemed perfect price and functionality wise as I did not need anything special, just to commute around as a student. However, once I received the packed I was proven wrong. The components seem good with light tear which I was ready for, but the scooter itself will not turn on, there was one quick flash as I pressed the button, but since then nothing has got any response, including the charging cable which stays green meaning the battery is probably at fault. No additional papers, but okay. I tried other cables chargers and so on, but it is obviously broken. I have contacted the firm, but I am not optimistic about a response after reading everyone’s reviews and realising the WhatsApp number does not work.

Sehr schlecht verpackt und dabei ist die Halterung vom Display auf einer Seite gebrochen das Display hat von dem Motorverschraubung durch den Transport Macken bekommen was nur mit einer dünnen knacktüte verpackt war und eine befestigungsschraube ist beim Transport abhanden gekommen.

Extremely disappointing experience with TODIMART.
I ordered a replacement front shock absorber for my TODIMART X5S scooter, but received the wrong part, which also appeared to be used.
Despite repeatedly contacting their customer service, I received no satisfactory response, no solution and absolutely no assistance. I was eventually forced to open a PayPal dispute to recover my €65.
But that's not all!
TODIMART claims to provide instructional videos to help customers replace components. I specifically requested videos showing how to replace the front shock absorber and the throttle. Instead of receiving the promised technical support, I was simply told to search on YouTube myself!
Seriously? Is that what TODIMART considers professional after-sales service?
When you sell electric scooters and replacement parts, providing proper technical documentation and reliable assistance is essential, especially when safety-related components are involved.
And the icing on the cake? While leaving my complaint unresolved, TODIMART sent me an automated email asking how satisfied I was with my purchase!
This company seems much more interested in collecting reviews than actually helping its customers.
My advice: AVOID TODIMART. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company or its after-sales service.
Fortunately, PayPal offers buyer protection. Without it, I would have been left with an incorrect replacement part, €65 wasted and absolutely no support.

Bestellt, bezahlt, keinen Roller erhalten, Kundendienst hat ewig nur vertröstet und letztendlich nicht die volle Kaufsumme erstattet.
Auf keinen Fall hier bestellen.
Leider das selbe Problem wie andere hier... das ABE Zertifikat kommt nicht per Mail, der Kundensupport ist nicht zu erreichen, die WhatsApp Nummer aus Deutschland aus ist nicht verfügbar, über Mail bekomme ich keine Rückantwort. Ich benötige dringend mein ABE Zertifikat zum zulassen...
J’ai reçu un objets futiles différents de ce que j’avais commandé et impossible de me faire rembourser zéro !
Wer hier einen E-Roller kauft, wird sein blaues Wunder erleben. Der Roller kam defekt mit abgerissenen Kabel an und es war kein Netzteil dabei. Ich versuchte vergebens mindestens vier mal den Kundendienst zu erreichen, bis heute keine Antwort, nur eine KI generierte hinhalte-mail . Auch per Whatsup auch niemand zu erreichen, wer hier etwas kauft, schmeißt sein Geld zum Fenster raus. Die Alarmanlagen hätten schon angehen müssen, wie ich gesehen habe, das die Suppotnummer POLEN ist. Ich musste den Roller teuer entsorgen, da er Akkus besitzt, die wahrscheinlich defekt sind. Wie gesagt ... nie wieder !

der roller wurde zwar geschickt nur leider ohne zertifikat und somit nicht für die strasse zugelassen nach mehrfachen anschreiben keine reaktion
E Scooter ist perfekt, aber ich würde mal fragen, wie kann man den 22 KMH machen?
Der Roller fährt soweit ok, eine Verbindung per Bluetooth ist nicht möglich

Un des connecteurs ne correspond pas, obligé de faire une bidouille sur les fils.
Nutze ihn täglich zum pendeln. Bis Dato nichts zu meckern. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich gut.

Der Scooter selber war soweit okay, aber ich musste mir erst ein paar neue Reifen bestellen und montieren bevor ich mit diesem fahren konnte... Leider war das noch nicht alles.....
Ich habe den Scooter vor ca drei Wochen gekauft und habe bis heute keine ABE erhalten habe😠. Was natürlich heißt dass ich den Scooter nicht einmal versichern kann.....,und zu Letzt ......der Support klappt überhaupt nicht... !!!!
So, und jetzt muss jeder selbst für sich entscheiden ob er sich hier einen Scooter kaufen möchte oder eben nicht......
