Basic Operation Guide

The Joyor S Series Electric Scooter's display is simple in design and powerful in function. Here are some basic operations:

Power on/off: Short press the power button to turn the power on/off.

Headlight switch: Short press the power button on the main interface to turn the headlight on/off.

Adjust the gear position: Short press the +- keys on the main interface to adjust the gear position to meet different speed requirements.
Enter special mode

6KM push mode: Long press the - key to enter this mode for manual pushing.

Menu setting page: Long press the M key for 3 seconds to enter the menu setting page for more advanced settings.

P MODE

The P value corresponding to the setting interface represents

the corresponding content. The specific status is as follows:

Enter the menu, short press the plus or minus key, the value 00099 flashes,

and the display returns to the main interface after long pressing the plus key

for 5 seconds. The setting is successfully done.

ODO: To clear ODO

In the ODO parameter setting interface, briefly press the + button and then

press and hold for 5–6 seconds until the number is zero.

ERRO 1: Rear motor failure
Check if the motor wire, Hall and phase wire are loose
Re-insert the loose motor wire and Hall wire and fix them.

ERRO 11: Front motor failure
Check if the motor wire, Hall and phase wire are loose
Re-insert the loose motor wire and Hall wire and fix them

ERRO 2: Throttle failure
Check if the throttle wire plug-in is plugged in
If the plug-in is detached, re-insert it in place and fix it

ERRO 3: Controller failure
Check if the motor and controller wire, Hall and phase wire are loose Re-insert the loose motor wire and Hall wire and fix it

ERRO 4: Power-off brake handle failure
You can unplug the brake handle wire and try to judge whether it is a brake handle failure or a controller failure

ERRO 5: Undervoltage protection
Check if the charging cable is detached and does not charge. If the plug-in is detached, re-insert it in place and fix it

ERRO 6: Controller communication failure
Check if the main line and instrument plug-in or the main line and controller plug-in are plugged in. If the plug-in is detached, re-insert it in place and fix it

ERRO 7: Instrument communication failure
Check the main line and instrument plug-in or the main line and controller plug-in to see if they are properly plugged in. If the plug-in is detached, re-insert it and fix it in place.

ERRO 9: High temperature protection failure 

The controller temperature is too high. Cool down for a few minutes and restart the machine to ride.
