Recently, many customers have reported that the newly purchased electric scooters cannot be charged. After charging for a night, the charger lights up green, but the battery is still not fully charged.

First, in this case, we turn on the electric scooter, press and hold the "M" key (if it is G2, then press and hold "+" and "-"), enter the setting mode, adjust to P04, adjust the parameter to 48V, then exit the setting mode, and restart the electric scooter.
Secondly, check whether the cable of the charging port of the electric scooter is cut off, because in the folded state, the hook will be embedded in the groove, but the cable of the charging port is placed inside the groove, which can easily cut the cable and cause the charging to fail.
So, how to check the cable of the charging port? We need to tear off the rubber pad of the tail wing, unscrew the four screws, and then open the cover, so that we can see the cable of the charging port. If the cable is broken, then we need to ask customer service for help and get a new charging port cable to replace.
How to prevent this from happening again? Our factory has re-improved the electric scooter, and this situation will not occur in the future. So how to prevent the old TODIMART electric scooter? We can apply some glue on the surface of the cable so that the hook will not easily cut the cable. Or you can check whether there are other holes for the cable to pass through to avoid inserting it from the middle jack.
If the settings are correct and the cable of the charging port is not cut, but the electric scooter cannot be charged, it may be a problem with the charger. If there is a charger with a similar plug and the same 48V, you can try to use a different charger. Or ask customer service to reissue a charger.
