J’ai commandé une trottinette le 2 juin, alors que le site indiquait un délai de livraison de 5 jours. À ce jour, le produit n’a toujours pas quitté l’expéditeur, ce qui est très décevant.
Le service client met environ 48 heures à répondre, sans apporter de solution concrète ni de visibilité sur la livraison. On m’a envoyé un porte-téléphone en cadeau, mais cela ne compense pas le fait que le produit principal n’a toujours pas été livré.
Je suis à la fois déçu et confus face à cette situation, surtout compte tenu des promesses initiales.

Der E-Scooter ist in einem guten Zustand und funktioniert einwandfrei. Bei der Lieferung hat das ABE gefehlt, doch nach einer Anfrage per Mail wurde mir sehr schnell geholfen und sie haben mir die ABE digital zugeschickt.
Dafür gebe ich Daumen hoch.
